Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS
• UPS

Orders will typically ship out in 7-14 days

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged on shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 7 days of your item being shipped out.  Buyer pays return shipping to us!

• Mail your returned item to:

• Include in your package stated reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.
